Fishing in Ilsenburg

Pure relaxation and fun at the Ilsenburger ponds

Sport and recreational fishermen can enjoy optimal conditions at the fishing ponds and the Oberharzer dams. Fishing cards for Ilsenburg and information are available from the Tourist Information. You can obtain fishing permits from the Ilsenburg Tourist Information Office upon presentation of the fishing license.

There are also fishing opportunities in the Drübeck district and at the ponds of the Veckenstedter Teichwirtschaft (3 km).

Tree top trail Bad Harzburg

Get to know the forest, nature and culture while floating

Visitors can literally float through the forest on a 750-ton structure in Bad Harzburg. The one kilometer long tree top path runs 22 meters above the ground and opens up completely new perspectives. In addition, guests can learn about forest, nature and culture at 33 different stations.

Bathing, swimming and relaxing in good weather

The outdoor pools in Ilsenburg and Darlingerode invite you to swim and relax.

Ilsenburg guests receive reduced admission to both outdoor pools with the Harz guest card.

The country house "Zu den Rothen Forellen", the forest hotel and the mountain hotel Ilsenburg offer their guests the opportunity to relax in their own swimming and sauna area.

 

Ludwigsbad Ilsenburg

The bathing experience on 1200 sqm, spacious green area, beautiful view of the mountains, bathing fun for young and old, playground, table tennis, volleyball court, badminton court, swimming courses and much more.

Mon, Wed, Thu: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Tue, Fri - Sun: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Due to renovations the bath is closed in 2024.
